The upholstered flip-up arms allow for easy arm access but also serves as a safety pad in the possible event that a patient faints or slumps forward. The only embly required is to bolt on an arm adjuster bracket with a 7/16" socket or wrench and put the seat on with screwdriver. Cleaning is easy with mild soap and water or for a deep cleansing you can use a 10% bleach solution. Make sure to dry the chair completely when finished.
